Tim QuinnTim received a Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Guitar from University of North Texas, graduating magna cum laude, with a minor in music theory. He is also an alumnus of Berklee College of Music, as well as University of Denver School of Music. Tim studied classical guitar seriously for six years while at UNT and DU, while simultaneously attaining a degree in Jazz Guitar Performance.Tim has performed over 2600 gigs in rock, jazz, fusion, blues, funk, and country music styles; in nightclubs, touring bands, studio gigs, concerts, music festivals, casinos, resort hotels, restaurants, corporate events, private functions, and more. As a guitar teacher, Tim has been mentor to literally thousands of students over the past 20 years in his practice as a private guitar instructor in San Diego, CA. |
