Downloads are viewable/playable on one computer only. Once the license is stored on your computer, it may not be transferred, transported, or copied to any other person or device. If your computer crashes before the download is complete, please contact techsupport@melbay.com. We recommend that you close other browser windows while downloading to reduce the likelihood of problems.

Limits:
   Sheet Music Downloads - 1 Week to print up to 3 copies of each.
   Streaming Video Downloads - 1 Week to View up to 15 Times of each.
   Audio Downloads - 1 Month to Download and Save.

Sheet Music Download Information

Sheet music downloads are in an encrypted PDF format. You must have the FileOpen plug-in and Acrobat Reader installed before you can download these items. These are third-party software which are supported by their manufacturers, not by Mel Bay.

The plug-in needed to view our downloads is currently not compatible with Macintosh. Please check back in the future for a Mac-compatible plug-in.

If you would like to test your setup before purchasing items for download, you may download the test file: test.pdf

After completing your order, you will be shown links to download each downloadable item you purchased. We recommend that you download the files to your computer desktop, or to another location where you can easily find them. You will have ONE WEEK to print up to three copies of each item after downloading. You must be connected to the Internet to get print authorization from our server. You will not be able to open or print the files after one week.

Streaming Video & Audio Download Information

Downloads are in an encrypted in a WMV (Windows Media Video) or WMA (Windows Media Audio) format. You must have Windows Media Player installed before you can Stream these items. These are third-party software which are supported by their manufacturers, not by Mel Bay.
