How to Order Mel Bay Products

Option 1: Order from melbay.com

While you are browsing our website, you can click on any of the "Add to Cart" buttons to purchase that product. Orders will be placed in your online shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click on the "View Cart/Checkout" link in the top right corner. From here, you can delete or change the quantity of any items in your cart. Next, click the "Checkout -->" link to be taken to the sign in page. Follow the prompts to sign in and complete your transaction. Option 3: Order by Phone, Fax or Postal Mail

If you cannot obtain the products you need through a local retailer or a web site, you may order direct from Mel Bay.

Please have a credit card ready when you call. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Diner's Club cards;

By fax or mail: Download and print our order form. You will need the free Acrobat Reader to view or print this form. We recommend using the Acrobat plug-in to view the form directly in your browser. You may then print it using the print command in the plug-in window or, if you are using the separate Reader application, in the Reader application itself (not your browser's Print command). Please type or print clearly when filling in the form. You may then:

We do not recommend sending credit card information via e-mail. E-mail is not private, and while the chances of fraud are unknown, the problems it can cause if it happens to you are considerable.

For credit card orders, the address that the credit card bills to, cardholder's name, account number and expiration date must be provided. All orders must be prepaid. We do not ship orders C. O. D. or on open account.

Canada and Other Foreign Countries
We offer several shipping methods including surface mail, air mail, and trackable air carriers. Delivery time estimates vary by destination. Actual shipping costs will be added to credit card orders, or you may request a proforma invoice quoting exact charges in order to send a bank draft in US funds. No refunds can be issued for lost, damaged, delayed, or misdirected international shipments. Surface mail and Air mail do not allow package tracking. Note: We charge only for products and shipping. Any additional brokerage fees, taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer. To request a proforma invoice, e-mail, fax, or mail your name and address along with the list of items you would like to order. You will be sent a quotation with the total cost of your items and the cost of your requested shipping options.
