David Barrett, author of the Complete Blues Harmonica Lesson Series (produced by David Barrett's Harmonica MasterClass Company and published by Mel Bay Publications, Inc.), has released his debut album with John Garcia, Serious Fun.

David Barrett is President of Harmonica Masterclass Company, Founder/Director of the School of the Blues, and an author for Mel Bay Publications and Blues Revue Magazine. Through his numerous instructional books and videos, David is revolutionizing the way the harmonica is taught.

John Garcia has been a professional singer and guitarist for over 35 years. There are few who equal his trademark instrumental virtuosity and unique vocal style. John has worked or recorded with John Lee Hooker, Albert King, B.B. King, Canned Heat, Buddy Guy, Junior Wells, James Cotton, and many others. He has been teaching guitar for almost thirty years in the San Francisco, California Bay Area. At present he is on the faculty at the School of the Blues in San Jose, California.
