GENE CLARKE
Gene Clarke has taught elementary, middle school, and high school instrumental music for over forty years. Now semi- retired, he currently teaches band classes for a small Christian school and also serves as a church organist and pianist. Gene holds a bachelor's degree in piano and clarinet performance from Livingston University and a master's degree in music education from the University of Alabama. He has performed on most of the woodwind, brass, and string instruments, including four years as a member of the 604th Air Force Band, and his compositions and arrangements are in the catalogs of several publishers.
