This includes shipping physical orders to the shipping address provided, sending you email confirmations for your orders and instructions for downloading any digital products purchased in an order, sending you shipping notifications via email, and potentially contacting you via phone if issues arise with your order. We use a third party for secure credit card transaction processing, and that third party collects billing information to process your orders and credit card payments. Your credit card information is not retained, instead we use a token-based authorization system.
If you choose to opt-in we will also use your email address to send you special offers and product updates from time to time. You must opt-in, by entering your email address and clicking on signup, to receive these emails. You can unsubscribe anytime by selecting unsubscribe at the bottom of an email.
Any personal information you give us is not made available to, sold to, or shared in anyway with other entities. If you wish to have your personal data deleted from our system, please contact us at email@melbay.com. Please note that deleting your personal data will require the deletion of your account and should you wish to purchase from us again in the future, you will have to create a new account and provide your personal data again.
C. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to track or monitor you. We do use analytics to determine activity as it relates to the use of our website, such as which pages are clicked on and if our site was entered from a search engine or a link on another website. We also use cookies to determine which affiliate link was used to enter our website if one was used at all. This cookie does not tell us anything about you or your activity and expires as soon as you leave our website.
