DAVID FLIGG
David Fligg is Principal Lecturer in Classical Music, at Leeds College of Music, England. His research interests and teaching specialisms include contemporary classical composition, and music history and analysis. As a writer, he has contributed to several journals, and has written program and CD liner notes for many of the world's leading orchestras and musicians. He is currently involved in various higher education music related consultancies, as well as guest lecturing and conducting on a freelance basis. A graduate of the University of Leeds, from where he also holds a Doctorate, he gained his M.Mus. from London University's Royal Holloway College, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
