            Charles Chapman is a Professor in the Guitar Department at  Berklee College, has taught since 1972.  He is a versatile  jazz guitarist with extensive performance experience.  Charles has appeared in the  "pit bands" of such notable  the Grease, Will Rogers Follies, Man of LaMancha, Annie,  Finnians  Rainbow, Fiddle1 and Anything Goes. He released  a jazz duet album with bassist Rich Applen and  White on  DC Records. Since 1997 he has performed at the California  NA with legendary bassist Jerry  Jemmott at the 1998 New  York Guitar Show a performer at the "George Van Eps  Tribute Concert" during  the "1999 L.A. Ja Charles now  performs on a regular basis at Guitar Shows and jazz  festivals  As a music journalist he has interviewed many of  the most prominent guitarist is a frequent contributor  to  Guitar Player, Guitar Shop, Acoustic Guitar, Guild Guitar  magazines.
